Maybe this posture hurried but is the first taste and wonderful àpropos, brought to my head, is the CANCATO OF SALMON, maybe whatever fish. This food, for my, is the tastiest I remember one time when I young in my house my family prepare this food and I eat too much maybe too. This food prepared of the next way; put upside of the salmon layers compound in the order bottom-up with cheese, tomato (cut in slice circle), onion (in plume), chorizo (cut in slice circle), salt and pepper and maybe oregano, for a cook in the tray of oven cut onion in plume to making a bed. I did some research and the Cancato of Salmon is a typical food of the south of Chile, specific of the city Puerto Mont. This food is healthy, because the fish have many properties that become a SUPERFOOD in special is the protein contribution, also elements how Iron, Iodine, Phosphorus, Fluorine, Calcium, Zinc and vitamin A y B. Thinking in all this properties eat this food is really good for the tongue and body.
